On our second full day in Amsterdam, we took the students to the Stedelijk Museum. ‘The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam is an international museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art and design.’ I really enjoyed it here, there was a lot of photo opportunities as well as an amazing exhibition by Marcel Wanders. Plus I had the best lunch in their cafe ever! 🙂
Yesterday Reiss and I decided that we would go to the beach, the weather wasn’t fantastic but it was dry and mild. I have yet to photograph at the seaside and thought it would be something to try. We went to a relatively quiet area called Thorpe Bay and then walked along towards East Beach and the Shoeburyness Garrison.
When we got there the tide was out so we could walk along the breakwater, however half an hour later this was completely covered.
I had a really good afternoon and am really pleased with my photography 🙂 I think this may be an interesting scene through changing seasons.
