Thorpe Bay

Yesterday Reiss and I decided that we would go to the beach, the weather wasn’t fantastic but it was dry and mild. I have yet to photograph at the seaside and thought it would be something to try. We went to a relatively quiet area called Thorpe Bay and then walked along towards East Beach and the Shoeburyness Garrison.

Breakwater

When we got there the tide was out so we could walk along the breakwater, however half an hour later this was completely covered.

I had a really good afternoon and am really pleased with my photography 🙂 I think this may be an interesting scene through changing seasons.

  1. Cool set of photos. I like the greyness of it all. Second one is really nice where it blurs the line between sea and sky! I liked the version of the bottom one I nicked from you better because of the skewed reflections but this ons is still really nice, my fav shot of the lot.
